At Adham Therapy LLC, we take your privacy seriously. All personal information collected from clients will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. We adhere to all applicable privacy laws and regulations.
All sessions with Adham Therapy LLC must be scheduled in advance through our website or over the phone. Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may have their session time reduced to accommodate other clients. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their session cancelled without refund.
Clients must sign an informed consent form before their first session with Adham Therapy LLC. The informed consent form will explain the nature of hypnotherapy and the potential risks and benefits of the practice. Clients will also be informed of their rights as a client, including the right to terminate the session at any time.
Adham Therapy LLC adheres to the code of ethics established by the National Guild of Hypnotists. This code of ethics outlines ethical standards for hypnotherapy practitioners, including confidentiality, client autonomy, and professional conduct.
Abdulrahman Aladhami, the hypnotherapy master practitioner at Adham Therapy LLC, has received training and certification in hypnotherapy from a reputable institution. Clients may request proof of certification before booking a session.
Adham Therapy LLC is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. Clients assume all responsibility for their own well-being and the outcomes of the sessions.
Adham Therapy LLC accepts payment for sessions through our website or over the phone. Payment must be made in full before the scheduled session. Adham Therapy LLC reserves the right to refuse service if payment is not received.
Adham Therapy LLC offers refunds for sessions that are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of the cancellation. Adham Therapy LLC does not offer refunds for sessions that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Refunds will not be issued for sessions that are missed without notice.
Adham Therapy LLC (Adham Therapy) sends text messages only to customers who choose to receive them. A customer opts in by entering their own mobile number in the “Text message reminders” box in their Adham Therapy account and pressing “Text me”. We use that number only to send account notifications about the customer’s own service, such as minutes running low, an upcoming plan renewal or a payment notice.
We collect your mobile number, the date you opted in and the messages we send you. We use this information only to deliver these notifications and to honour your choices.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) so that the messages can be delivered.
