Bookings, cancellations and refunds for Therapy Tours — flights, hotels, transfers, activities, cruises and Adham Elite luxury rides.
Therapy Tours is a service of Adham Therapy LLC (Manassas, Virginia, USA). For flights, hotels, apartments, resorts, transfers, activities and cruises we act as a booking agent: the travel service itself is provided by the airline, hotel or other supplier named in your confirmation. Hotels, transfers and activities are supplied through our partner Hotelbeds; your voucher shows “Payable through” the supplier and its reference. Airline tickets are issued by the airline. Luxury rides are provided by our own company, Adham Elite Limousine Service LLC (section 9).
By searching, requesting or booking on this website — or with Lilith, our AI travel concierge — you agree to these Travel Terms, to our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and to the supplier's own conditions shown before you pay.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the supplier's price, taxes and charges as provided by the supplier, and the Adham Therapy service fee. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates only; you always pay in US dollars. Some hotels collect a local city or resort tax directly at check-in — when the supplier tells us, we show it before you pay.
Prices can change until your booking is confirmed. We check the live price again just before payment; if it changed, we show you the new price before charging anything.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe inside our website; we never see or store your full card number. You pay the full price at the time of booking. Bank transfers or other methods, when offered, are processed through Stripe as well.
Flights, hotels, transfers and activities are paid first and then confirmed with the supplier. If the supplier cannot confirm (for example the price rose or the room or seat sold out), the booking is not made and your payment is refunded in full automatically.
Your booking is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation email with a booking reference or voucher. Please check names, dates and details right away and tell us within 24 hours if anything is wrong.
Services marked “request” (for example cruises, groups & VIP, car rental, or any service that is not yet open for instant booking) are not bookings: our team replies by email with options and prices, and nothing is charged until you accept.
Flights: the airline's fare rules apply. Many economy fares cannot be refunded; changes may cost an airline fee plus any fare difference. Contact us and we handle the change or cancellation with the airline.
Hotels, apartments and resorts: every rate shows its cancellation policy before you pay — for example “free cancellation until 14 Nov, 23:59”, after which the fee shown applies. Rates marked non-refundable cannot be cancelled or refunded. Not arriving (no-show) is charged in full.
Transfers and activities: the cancellation policy shown at booking applies (usually free until a set number of hours before the service). Late cancellation or no-show is charged in full.
Cruises, groups & VIP: the cancellation terms written in your quote apply.
To cancel or change, email info@adhamtherapy.com or call +1 (202) 519-0079 with your booking reference. The time we receive your message counts (U.S. Eastern Time).
Approved refunds go back to the original card or payment method through Stripe. After we process a refund it usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank; refunds of bank transfers can take up to 10 business days.
We refund what the supplier refunds under its rules. The Adham Therapy service fee is not refundable once a booking is confirmed, except when the booking fails, when the supplier or we cancel, or when the law requires it. We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or bank fees.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve most questions the same day.
Names must match the passport exactly. You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health and entry requirements, and for arriving on time. Special requests (adjoining rooms, accessibility, dietary needs) are passed to the supplier but cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
As booking agent we are responsible for arranging your booking with care. The supplier is responsible for providing the service. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers, or for delays, cancellations or changes caused by weather, strikes, government action or other events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
Rides are provided by Adham Elite Limousine Service LLC (Manassas, VA 20111 · +1 (202) 978-4666) in a Chevrolet Suburban RST LT for up to six passengers, in the Washington D.C. area and to/from Dulles (IAD), Reagan National (DCA) and Baltimore/Washington (BWI).
Booking: please book at least 24 hours before pickup and give accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, flight number and contact details. A ride is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email or message. Pricing: from $100 per one-way trip; waiting time, extra stops or special requests may cost extra.
Cancellations: more than 24 hours before pickup — full refund. Within 24 hours — the full fare is charged. No-show without cancellation — full fare.
On board: no smoking, alcohol or illegal substances; passengers are responsible for damage caused by negligence or misconduct. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or other events beyond our control, or for belongings left in the vehicle.
